thankful thursday// vol.2

 I'm pretty sure that I have more photos of my pup than of anyone else (myself included). I can't help her amazing cuteness...but oh man, can you imagine what I'm going to be like with kids one day??!!?!

Anyway, back to my dog..... she's the cutest fluff ball and I am so extremely thankful for her. Even on days like today when I have to take her to the vet and pay for meds and annual checkups. It's such a privilege to have her and be able to take care of her. In a way, she's taken care of me too. In some of the darkest and loneliest times I've had her companionship-- which may sound silly to some, but if you own a dog, you get it!

life lately

 Life lately has been a gorgeous wedding of our sweet friends, lots of chloe time, work, work, work, work, hanging out with friends, book club and reading a book the size of the Empire State Building. Fun things.

Merry Christmas

Our Christmas was quiet but wonderful. Austin had to work most of the time, so I spent a majority of the holiday with my parents and Chloe. I feel so incredibly blessed.

 I swear, this furry little one could fall asleep anywhere. Soooo cute!

This month has been full! FSAs (standardized tests), spring break, Austin was gone for over a week boarding in Colorado, Disney trip with Austin's family, falling more in love with this awesome guy and time with my momma and pup and friends, making new friends.... 

 I can't believe this month is almost over!!! How does time fly by so quickly?

 I took Chloe for a small walk to the pond to take pictures today and since she was actually behaving and staying still, I decided to take pictures of her. Then of course a turtle decided to join us....

A while ago I posted a picture of Chloe playing the bongos, cause we're cool like that. I had kind of forgotten about this video though. I know- I'm a total crazy, but I'm a-okay with that.

Chloe and the beach

 A couple of weekends ago, Shannon, Sarah, Austin and I went to the Blue's Festival at the beaches. We decided to take Chloe and surprisingly, even though it poured and she had never been to the beach (or a large crowd like that) she was awesome! We did however learn that dogs are very unwelcome at the beach (so one point for downtown, zero for the beaches!)
